01 General Terms

Jalevo's Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Jalevo platform, applicable to the use of any service on the site. Jalevo is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering a fully localized service for users in Bangladesh.

Under Jalevo's terms and conditions, only Individuals aged 18 and above use this platform. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

Jalevo may request documentation for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension. The following individuals are not permitted to use Jalevo:
